OUR SHIPPING POLICY

If you happen to need expedited shipping or special arrangements, we’d love to help make that happen. Please call our customer service team at 615-349-4909 or email info@lidzunlimited.com.

Please note: all custom Lidz will require additional processing time. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the continental United States (does not apply to HI or AK), and may pertain only to orders above a certain threshold (e.g., $200).

Continental United States and Canada
McLean Technology Group may use UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS on all shipments within the continental U.S. and Canada unless otherwise noted by the customer. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and an additional 1-4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered.

We’ll send a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.


Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight (no ground service available), and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll of course let you know the new shipping charge before processing your order.

International

OUR RETURN POLICY

We put a lot of work into making the products available, and we want to be sure that you’re as happy with it as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Here are all the ins and outs of the McLean Technology Group return policy:

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

After 30 days, a store credit for the price will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. The store credit has no expiration date. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 60 days of the original purchase date.

This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from McLean Technology Group via phone, showroom or website.
